i'm reading Neil's book and i'm watching mystery infield videos on youtube and trying to implement them in action but the problem is that i fear the approach so much that i get to the point where i'll freeze and i won' t go in.
how can i get over this fear
3 second rule man go in with in 3 seconds before you talk your self out of it, start with smaller groups there less intimidating. Once you open a few sets and get yourself into a talkative state it gets a lot easier, and once you realize that rejection is no big deal it will also make it easier. Hope this helps
@Ryan yeah true, but thats the part where i'm struggling with, its either i will skip the 3 second rules by 3 mins or i will just starting walking towards the set and i get frustrated.
Even if you join one of the online boot camps you’ll get solid advice from a master pua, but generally if you follow the 3 second rule it will get easier, even the top pua’s get approach anxiety, you just have to push your self through it.
What is it that is causing your approach Anxiety, the only other advice I can give you is to book in a boot camp with Mystery, Beckster, or Colgate or another top pua because they can see you in field and help you in field, I had massive approach anxiety and did one with mystery and Beckster and it helped me out tones, I was massively afraid of rejection and once I learned it wasn’t a big deal I found it wasn’t bad to open groups, because there is always another set.

Do research on PEACOCKING, not everyone was born good looking, but you can always look good by peacocking! When you look good, you get the confidence to approach.

Practice in your mirror, open over your shoulder.
